You can also create your personal mailbox and also be able to adjust security code. (Enable and Disable according to your needs).

To divert / forward Calls

Option 1

  • You can activate one or several modes of call forwarding using the menu of your mobile phone by setting the number of the Voice Mail system as + 977 980 9990000.

Option 2

Without entering your phone menu, you can divert incoming calls to +977 980 9990000 by dialing one of the following combinations:

  • Dial **61*+ 977 980 9990000# and press "OK" or "Send" button (in case you would like to receive your Voice messages when you are unable to answer the call)
  • Dial **62*+ 977 980 9990000# and press "OK" or "Send" button (in case you would like to receive your Voice messages while your mobile phone is switched off or not in the Network coverage area)
  • Dial **67*+ 977 980 9990000# and press "OK" or "Send" button (in case you would like to receive your Voice messages while your number is busy)
  • Dial **21*+ 977 980 9990000# and press "OK" or "Send" button (in case you would like to divert all calls)

Note:

To cancel any type of call forwarding, you need to dial the following combination: ##002# and press "OK" or "Send" button.

You can listen to the messages in your Voicemail or Mailbox at any convenient time, either on your mobile phone or using any PSTN phone working with tone dialing. Following are the instruction in how you could listen:

To listen to your voice messages using your mobile phone:

  • Dial the number for Voice Messages Service center: 9991
  • Enter you personal password, press # and then follow the instructions of the system.

To listen to your voice messages using PSTN phone with tone dialing:

  • Dial the number of Voice Messages Service center 980 9991000
  • Dial your Mero Mobile number XXX XXXX and press #
  • Enter you personal password, press # and then follow the instructions of the system.
