Sim Change
There are number of reason why a customer needs a SIM change or replacement SIM services. The main reasons are;
- Entering both their PIN and PUK incorrectly.
- The message they see on the display SIM card Blocked or out of use.
- Lost the SIM or stolen.
SIM Change is the facility available with Mero mobile, if when customers loses its SIM or stolen, SIM Change can be done from our Customer Care office.
Procedure for requesting SIM change or replacement SIM
- Visit personally and request for SIM Change or need replacement.
- Outlining the reasons for replacement.
- The new SIM card will be provided to you right then and there.
- When received the new SIM it might be inactive or active, if it is inactive call our customer care 9005 or take help from any of our representative when come for SIM change.
Please Note:
The charge for SIM change or replacement will cost Rs.283 and the lost or damage SIM will be physically blocked.
