1. What are the features with new PRBT system?
a. Gift PRBT tone to friend ( via SMS and Web )
b. Activate single or multiple PRBTs at once via SMS.
c. Copy a PRBT from a friend.

2. What is the new PRBT tariff?

Note:

All the inquiry SMS for PRBT to 9209 will be free of charge.
All the IVR for PRBT at 9208 will be free of charge.

3. Is the new tariff applicable to the entire pre-paid and post paid tariff plans?

Yes.
This tariff is for all the existing pre-paid tariff plans (Access, Light, Smart and Ramro )
and all the existing post –paid tariff plans (Business 0, I, II, III, IV, Mero Business Network and Standard)

4. What happens when the validity of the PRBT expires?

On the day the validity of the PRBT expires, a SMS will be sent to the subscriber. The subscriber can either choose to:
1. renew the existing PRBT
2. change the PRBT
3. discontinue the PRBT service.

5. What happens if I don’t respond to the SMS sent on the PRBT tone expiry ?
The existing PRBT will be automatically renewed.

6. What if I don’t want to renew or change PRBT on the date my PRBT tone expires?
You will have to delete the existing PRBT from your library by either logging to the PRBT website or via calling to IVR (9208).

7. Can I gift a PRBT to a friend who is not a PRBT subscriber ?
No . The one who is receiving the PRBT should also be PRBT subscriber.

8. What will my friend have t do to accept the PRBT as a gift ?
The friend who is gifted the PRBT will have to accept the gifted PRBT tone via SMS . The
Instruction for accepting the gift will provided in SMS .

9. How much does gifting a PRBT cost ?
To gift a PRBT to a friend will cost Rs. 10 (excluding taxes) and the PRBT tone will be valid for 30 days.

10. What happens when the validity of the gifted PRBT expires?
A SMS will be send to the one who is gifted the PRBT regarding the PRBT tone expiration and if the receiver doesn’t choose to renew, the PRBT tone will be removed from the PRBT library.

11. What if I don’t have sufficient balance to buy / renew / gift a PRBT tone?
In case of deficiency of balance to buy /renew /gift a PRBT, the action will be discarded.

12. Do I have to pay for the SMS to 9209 and for calling 9208?
No.
All the SMS to 9209 are free of charge.
All the IVR calls to 9208 are free of charge.

13. What are promotional content?
All the PRBT which are from Entertainment zone and are prices Rs. 0 are promotional content.

14. What is the validity of the promotional content?
All the promotional content irrespective of date of activation will be have validity upto October 17th 2009.

15. What happens to my PRBT content activated before September 17th 2009?
The PRBT downloaded before September 17th 2009 will be deleted from the PRBT system on September 17th 2009.

16. What do I do to find the top downloaded PRBT?
i. Web : visit prbt.spicenepal.com , the main page will have top list of PRBT
ii. SMS : type TOP and send to 9209 , the top PRBTs song with codes will be sent to your message box.

17. How to Activate PRBT service?
PRBT can be activated by any of the following ways:
• SMS: On your Message box type A and send it to 900227
• IVR: Dial 9208 and follow the instruction.
• USSD: Dial *900*2# and follow the USSD guide instruction.

18. How to set PRBT?
Any PRBT of your choice can be set via SMS, IVR or Web once the user has activated the PRBT service. Stated below are the ways a subscriber can set a PRBT.

I. SMS: Type BUY <space> PRBTcode sends it to 9209.
Example :
PRBT name: Ekai Najarma
PRBT code: 001319
Type: Buy 001319 send it to 9209

II. Web :
• Log on to prbt.spicenepal.com
• Log in with Mobile Number and password
• Click on Order to activated any PRBT

III. IVR: Dial 9208 to choose the tone of your choice.

19. What are the features with new PRBT system?
The PRBT system allows a subscriber to perform the following:

I. SMS
a. Download multiple PRBTs at once
Example: Down<space>PRBTcode<space>PRBTcode<space>PRBTcode

b. Gift PRBT to friend
Example: Gift<space>PRBTcode<space> Mobile number

II. Web
To activate any of the features below, the user will have to login with mobile number and password on prbt.spicenepal.com

a. Assign different PRBT to different callers.
i. Click on: PRBT Settings > Advanced Setting
b. To create group
i. Click on : PRBT settings >Group Management
c. Allocate PRBT to a group.
i. Click on: PRBT Settings >Advanced Setting
d. Play different PRBT in different time slots.
i. Click On :PRBT setting > Advanced Setting
e. Copy a PRBT from a friend.
i. Click on : PRBT copy > Copy PRBT
f. To gift a PRBT to a friend.
i. Click on: Gift icon and enter the mobile number of subscriber who has to be gifted PRBT.

20. Does the friend who is gifted a PRBT need to be PRBT subscriber ?
Yes.

21. How to deactivate PRBT?
You can deactivate by any of the following ways:
• SMS : In your message box type R and send it to 900227
• IVR : Dial 900 follow instruction
• USSD : Dial *900*2# and follow the instruction
