Call Forwarding
It’s the service that allows you to transfer your call to another phone. It’s a great feature for the business people or anyone who do not want to miss any important call.

With this service, you can have calls to your mobile phone forwarded to your office, home place or any other registered number that belongs to you. Calls can be forwarded even if you turn off your mobile phone or are out of coverage or are already on the line, so you’ll never miss another call.
To active this service all you need to do is go to Call Forwarding and active the service, it will ask you to put the number where you would like forward/divert, do as ask.
No monthly charge is applicable.
Activating Call forwarding service
"When you first subscribe to Mero Mobile Network, this service is deactivated."
- Go to menu and call setting , you will see the call forwarding menu, and select "Activate"
- A confirmation message will appears.
- Select "Yes" to activate call forwarding service, and "NO" to deactivate it.
- If your setting was successful, you will see on your screen or will display "Call forwarding activated"
- This concludes the setting.
Note:
If you have already subscribed to Voice Mail Service, The Voice Mail Service and Call Forwarding Service cannot be activated simultaneously. However, if call Forwarding Service is activated, and the phone to which is forwarded is busy, it is possible to connect the call to the Voice mail Center.
